The most current VPQ guidelines for the Clinical Guidelines: Recommendations for the Management of Diabetes in Vermont can be found at the VPQ website. These recommendations have been agreed upon and adopted by the Vermont Department of Health, Office of Vermont Health Access (Medicaid), Blue Cross Blue Sheild, Cigna, and MVP Healthcare.
